Mr. Gomez is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Tax Court and the Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Florida Bar, where he has served as Co-Chair of the Tax Section's Committees on Gratuitous Transfers and on International Tax. He is a member of various legal and professional organizations and is a frequent lecturer on tax and estate planning issues.
